DSC09456 (by knots) So recently, she was just born - some memories of which I have squandered on my own selfishness- now, she’s placing her particular brand on the rhythm of my lazy family. I see her little energy melting into the corners of the house. Lifting up on the square wood and glass coffee table, balancing with one hand and finally falling -plop- on her diaper padded ass.  Crawling on our tile kitchen floor, exploring the bags of flour on the round shelves of our counter peninsula, she carves her place into the group. She is elbowing her way in. Unbowed by hesitant sister, protective momma and hapless dad. She’s here. She will be seen.
